It's getting that time of year again....
The Seven Sisters Reunion held at the Valley of Fire.
Grandpa and Grandma Nell are getting their bags packed and ready for the big event. And they hope to see lots and lots of family there.
So mark your calendars for the last Saturday in February. It's always a good time. And what better excuse to get out of the snow and cold than a family reunion!
Hope to see you all there.

Happy New Year
I love the beginning of a new year. I find myself setting new goals. Resolutions to be a better mom, wife, daughter, friend, neighbor......
So many of us set New Year's Resolutions only to see the year end and those goals we set, well, they go unfulfilled. Again. Year after year we swear we are going to lose weight. Get out of debt. Paint the living room. Go back to college.
This year I invite you to
Sit down.
Think.
Visualize.
Ponder what it really is you want to accomplish this year.
Then write down your goals. Be realistic. What do you really want to accomplish this year? Who is going to help you? What are the little steps you have to take to reach your goal?
Then go to work. Make it happen. Improve your life. Be better.
Whatever your goals may be...I hope 2010 is a year of personal success for YOU!
Now onto birthdays:
Chad celebrates tomorrow, January 6th
Whitney turns sweet 16 on the 9th.....thanks for the reminder Trish!
Lindsey will celebrate on the 14th
Rob will party like a rockstar on the 18th
and Brian will celebrate on the 21st
Happy Birthday to all of you
Now onto some family news.....
Uncle Russ was just called to be the 2nd Counselor in the bishopric for his ward. We are so excited for him. Best wishes to him and his family. I know that Russ and his family will be blessed for his service to his ward family. Congratulations Uncle Russ!
Grandpa wanted me to remind the family about the Seven Sisters Family Reunion. As always we will meet at the Valley of Fire, on the last Saturday in February. Mark your calendars and we hope to see lots of you there!
Finally, the Bauer Family Reunion will be held on June 5th here in sunny St. George. We are planning to do a morning breakfast/brunch at a local park. Plenty of sunshine, food, family, and fun. So mark your calendars and watch your mailbox for more details! Mama Finn is in charge so if you have more questions you can call her, or email Tara taramogle@hotmail.com, or leave a comment on this blog!
